Owing to obvious reasons linked to organisation, the entry form must be sent imperatively within September 1st 2011. After this date a 10% additional tax should be paid on the entry fee.
If participants withdraw from the symposium after enrolling, a 25% amount will be held from the entry fee, if information of withdrawal is given after September 1st 2011.
The entry form, duly filled, should be sent by post or by e-mail to the addresses of the symposium with the receipt of the bank transfer effected on the account of the Maremotu Association.

The entry forms and the entry fees can also be handed directly to Sottocosta instructors who will transmit them to the organising committee, in this case too, the forms should be handed within September 1st 2011.
HIRE OF EQUIPMENT
16 Single sea kayaks and 2 double kayaks will be available for rent, supplied with basic equipment. At the request are provided with wetsuits, jackets and camping equipment.
Rental equipment will be managed directly by the organization staff that will handle requests based on the needs of participants and courses. Below are reported daily costs and offers for multi-day hiring.
